2024 Food Handler Certificate - Care Sector
Food is a common way for illness to spread, and young children are more vulnerable to food poisoning and other food borne illnesses due to their underdeveloped immune systems. Under Australian Government food safety legislation, food handlers, including educators that come into any contact with food should be trained in food safety and hygiene, or demonstrate adequate skills and knowledge. This Short Course fulfils this requirement.
Course Details:
As Food Handlers, it is important to ensure that you are compliant with Food Safety Legislation. If you are unsure of your obligations, refer to your state food authority for identification of your responsibilities.
